After the deal was done + dusted in Q4 2022 we still had to wait until we were allowed to use Haaland in summer 2023!
During this forced idle time, brainstorming + mentally preparing how to best use this new 'Global Brand Ambassador'... during his first season with Manchester City, Haaland scored 52 goals across all competitions, and Midea, with 100+ different product categories has one of the world’s broadest product portfolio...
...hence, one of the first campaigns we created with Erling Haaland (after the launch video) was #H9meAzingMoments
The idea was born to combine this 2 amazing performances - of course, in a funny, light-hearted, surprising way where Midea products having their 'special comments' to some of the most unique moments from the striker.
Every Haaland goal gets a 'comment' from one of the Midea Products!
