we engaged Manchester City Club Legends: Paul Dickov + Shaun Wright-Phillips
In the middle of an remarkable Manchester City #WorldClass season 2020/2021, the idea was born + quickly implemented to award each #WorldClass Manchester City player with his individual #WorldClass award within his respective specialty.
Our Manchester City Club Legends Paul Dickov + Shaun Wright-Phillips introduced á la Hollywood Oscar Award Show the 9 different award categories in a light hearted funny way - each sponsored by one of Midea's product categories - and invited global fans to vote for their favorite Manchester City players in each category.
This very first #MideaWorldClassAwards campaign instantly won a 🥈 'Silver Award' in the category 'Best Use Of Social Media'
In 2021 we even shot 9x WINNER Announcements Videos to really celebrate the Manchester City #WorldClass players winning their respective #MideaWorldClassAwards
